Course Description
Designed for university administrators, project managers, and academic staff, this intensive one-week Erasmus+ training program equips higher education professionals with practical project management methodologies integrated with Artificial Intelligence.
Through hands-on workshops and real-world academic case studies, participants will learn how to leverage AI tools throughout the entire project lifecycle from proposal drafting and resource planning to risk management and international reporting. Join colleagues from across Europe to modernize your institutional project management and build strategic European partnerships.
The course focuses on real institutional scenarios such as:
Automating the design, drafting, and budgeting of international grant proposals (e.g., Erasmus+, Horizon Europe).
Tracking multi-partner project milestones, deliverables, and financial reporting with AI assistance.
Facilitating agile project management within traditional academic and administrative hierarchies.
Mitigating project risks, resource bottlenecks, and cross-cultural communication gaps in European consortia.
Each session combines short conceptual input, live demonstrations, and practical exercises using free tools that participants can immediately apply in their daily roles.
